Hobbycraft puts emphasises the role of the store within it’s multichannel strategy

Hobbycraft will open more, smaller, stores in it’s strategy to grow online sales and multichannel services. The crafts superstore business, which ranked Top100 in IRUK Top500 research, have said that total revenue reached £177.7m in the year to February 17, a rise of 5.4% compared to the previous year.

Online sales was up by 22.7%. Earnings before interest, tax and asset writedowns (EBITDA) grew by 27.8% to reach £12.2m, from £9.5m last time.
