The Next Decade of Retail – London

April 21 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Discussing the future of retail and the approach retailers should be considering and implementing within the upcoming years.

About this Event

As we enter a new decade, we look at the retail landscape with a focus on whether omnichannel, pureplay or a hybrid retail model will win out. New innovations and technology will play a large part, no doubt, but it’s the customer that will ultimately decide which brands are successful and how the customer journey pans out.

Given this TFN has teamed up with the Ecommerce Club to look at the near, medium and long-term future so we can consider what we should be implementing now as retailers and speculate about the high street of 2030.

Areas under discussion include:

Where is omnichannel now?

How has the retail model changed?

What is the future of bricks and mortar?

How might the digital services tax change things?

Harmonising your retail supply chain?

How will retail look like in 10 years?

This event is for retailers only, TFN And Ecommerce Club retail or brand members will be able to attend the event for FREE. No vendors for this one we’re afraid.

Smart Fright If you’re in the business of designing, making, producing, or selling, shipping is a crucial link in the supply chain and is often the difference between a great customer experience and a bad one. It’s a vital part of your service offering, but something you rarely have full control over. Once a shipment leaves your warehouse, store or supplier it’s out of your hands. in 1997, we set about changing things for the better. An early believer in using disruptive technology to improve customer experience, we created one of Australia’s first generic multi-carrier shipping systems. We became a market leader, by putting the customer first, and helping them take back control, with a system that offered versatility, transparency, accountability and efficiency.
