We have tapped into some insider knowledge of the London food scene to take our ecommerce friends to the Coal Office for our next dinner on Thursday June 15th. The venue combines Tom Dixon’s iconic design with the culinary expertise of Chef Assaf Granit and is our top tip for a Michelin star! Alongside the delicious Middle Eastern dinner largely influenced by Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Jerusalem tradition we will bring you industry insights from our keynoter speaker Paul McDermott currently leading the digital transformation at Matalan.

The conversation will focus around the true customer journey. The customer journey is continually changing and these days a single customer view is much harder to come by. We all want to give our customers meaningful experiences but this is becoming harder everyday. And to boot we have to do it on tighter budgets!

Over dinner we will chat and discuss the options available to maximise growth, reduce costs and overcome the challenges we experience day to day, in the chase to create a full and seamless journey for our customers.
