With the GDPR Data deadline coming into effect on 25th May 2018 the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is expecting all businesses to be compliant by this date. There are new requirements for marketing consent, requirements for data security and breach notification, record keeping and increased fines for data breaches.
