Debenhams shares dive due to poor Christmas trade

Debenhams Department store shares have reduced 20% as it warned annual profits would be less than they thought after disappointing trade over the festive period. Debenhams say that underlying pre-tax profits were now likely to be between £55m and £65m this year, Analysts had been expecting profits to be about £83m.
