Brits buy the most Christmas presents

In a study from Oath it found that UK shoppers spend £50 more than our European neighbours spending and average of £291.60 on gifts each year. Most say Brexit won’t effect how much they spend this Christmas and more than eight out of ten UK shoppers will shop online for gifts with gadgets being top of the Christmas list for millennials. The survey, conducted by Global Web Index found that in the UK nearly 20 percent of consumers start to plan their gift buying in September, increasing to 70 percent before December.
